Here is a little about me…
I'm 36 years old and I started working when I was 17 and stayed in the company for almost 16years.
I learned a lot of skills trough the years and gained knowledge that will always come in hand. But after 10 years things changed for me and inside the company also and I stopped evolving. I was no longer feeling happy and challenged at my job and definitely not appreciated. Also I realized it wasn't compatible with me being a single mom of a child in school age. So I left the company, left the country and came to a completely different way of living. It was a step forward in my life but it wasn't enough! So…even though I was able to be a part of my son's everyday routine, not having to work in shifts, having enough money to buy everything he needed, i decided I wanted more! Being a single parent doesn't make me less confident or less capable. I could provide for my son, have a social life and still have that ” me time ” we all need right?
There's a lot of things I want to do, a lot of places I want to visit and I want that all especially for my son. I wanted quality time to spend with him and not just stressing and getting trough the month (I know some of you know what I mean) It's hard being a single mom, yes! But I'm doing it…step by step building the life that I want. Circumstances don't define us and that is the best lesson we can teach our kids!!!
