Here's what i have been trying consistently and IT WORKS!
- Get up earlier
- No hitting snooze button.Count from 5 to 1 and get up
- No phone ( mails, social media ) No tv or any other outside distractions.You need to win your mornings and these 10, 30 or 60 minutes are supposed to energize you and prepare for all the commotion, stress and anxiety triggers our days normally have.
- Don't forget your list!Right down your priorities as small goals for you to achieve every single day.It's amazing what that can do to your self-esteem!!
